problem with tracking server

ok got a email saying that they tryed to track the server but sent me to this page saying this
the link that it gave has nothing to do with it unless i read over something if somebody could help that would be great

There was a problem the last 1 times our system tried to download the stats logfiles.
Following error was logged:
ftp_download failed (550 can't access file (bad filezilla settings?)).
See
http://cod4tracker.com/forum/call-of-dut…ezilla#post3310

Please
try to fix this problem as soon as possible so that we can continue
tracking the statistics of this server. Our system might disable
tracking of your server automaticly if the problem did not get solved
within a few days. Feel free to contact us in our forums if you don't
know how to fix it!

Your GameServer uses the "FileZilla FTP Server" for FTP Transfers:

Quoted

Connecting to ***, Port 21 (#1)
Connected. Waiting for response.
220-FileZilla Server version 0.9.23 beta

Currently our system is not allowed to download the logfile from your gameserver. We always get an error that we are not allowed to access the logfile, because another process (the COD4 GameServer) is using this file at the moment:

Quoted

RETR games_mp.log
150 Connection accepted
550 can't access file.

You or your serveradmin has to adjust the Settings of your Filezilla FTP Server, and allow us to download the logfile even if the COD4 Gameserver is using it right now ...

I don't run a Filezilla Server, but according to the thread posted above you just have to visit the "Settings Page" of Filezilla and then under "miscellaneous" should be a tickbox for "Allow transfers of files opened by another process", which you have to enable, so that we can finally download the logfile

OK Homey, I got the same email, and contacted our provider and he said that he changed that setting earlier today, so I went ahead and re submit our server registration. server port is 64.251.19.16:28960

OK, I see where your comming from on how to test it myself. But I dont know of any other things to try. The thread you refered to helped, but didnt solve the problem. Does anybody else have any clue whatsoever as to what the problem could be?
