Most 3d images have copyrights, and if a webdesigner or graphic artist were to use them in his/her work. They'd have a lawsuit on there ass. Only trivial things like sigs can get away with it.

The battlefield fan site kit is indeed stock imagery, but it makes me sad, as a 3d artist myself, to hear people think all 3d artwork is stock imagery. So quick to call it their own without paying any repsects to the creator.

Yep,. I do mean sig kiddies. And I know how you feel about people using artwork as a stock and claiming it as their own. The fact that they say they rendered it doesn't make much sense to me. It should say something like they cut it out of an image, not that they rendered it, but what can you do?

I don't understand some of the websites though, it says that they're not allowed to cut out images from deviantart because they're under copyright, but so are all the other images they use.

Your all funny it's so easy to Render a tank, I have more. You need to post your own Renders or stop Spamming! It's so sad to see ppl needing to make fun of ppl, when they need to look at them selfs. Not funny anymore :tongue2:

omg i cant beleave u are all complaining that the sig community calls it rendering when they cut an image out. why not start moaning when ppl say they spammed forums cus spam is actually a type of food.... :doh:
